College of The Albemarle Library Ribbon Cutting

The College of The Albemarle (COA) will offer community members the chance to tour the Charles H. Ward Library and Knowledge Commons on April 4, 2019 with a 10:00 a.m. ribbon cutting.  Following the ribbon cutting, provided by the Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce, the Library will be open for all in attendance to view the remodeled facility.
