DESCRIPTION:The College of The Albemarle (COA) will offer community members the chance to tour the Charles H. Ward Library and Knowledge Commons on April 4\, 2019 with a 10:00 a.m. ribbon cutting.  Following the ribbon cutting\, provided by the Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce\, the Library will be open for all in attendance to view the remodeled facility.\n\n\n\nThis project is made possible by funding from the North Carolina Humanities Council\, a statewide nonprofit and affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
