Nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City, The Plant Park is a retail garden center specializing in the custom production of hanging baskets and premium plant products. The Plant Park has a fully stocked bulk yard with topsoil, sand, compost and mulches. Currently hosting a staff of 6 qualfied horticulture professionals and a NC Certfified Plant Professional and NC Landscape Contractor.
