Entry-Level IT Technician

What You’ll Learn & Do
IT Management & Troubleshooting – support day-to-day IT operations, resolve technical issues, and keep client systems running smoothly.
Website Support & Design – assist in building, maintaining, and improving client websites.
VoIP Installation & Configuration – set up phone systems, configure call routing, and help clients modernize communications.
AI Demos & Client Support – learn how to showcase AI tools and integrations that help businesses grow.

What We’re Looking For
Discipline and reliability — we serve our customers first.
Desire to learn and ability to pick things up quickly.
Interest in IT management, websites, VoIP, and AI.
No prior certifications required — but you must be willing to earn CompTIA Tech+ within 90 days (sponsored by Blackwater).
High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.
