You’re Invited: Fall Festival at Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation

Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation is excited to invite our residents, families, staff, community partners, and friends to join us for our Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM on our front lawn.
