Williams Holdings Ribbon Cutting and Open House
The Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to a Ribbon Cutting and Open House hosted by Williams Holdings on Friday, December 6th from 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
Join us for a tour of their three locations including the newly renovated Harbor Place apartment. Refreshments will be served. They will also be doing a giveaway for a one night stay at Harbor Place!
