Join the City of Elizabeth City, Elizabeth City & Pasquotank County Parks and Recreation, and the Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce as we cut the ribbon on the brand-new public restrooms at Waterfront Park. This project enhances convenience, accessibility, and the visitor experience for residents and guests alike.
