TIME TRIAL

History takes place on the stage that traces a 19th century murder.

The play is based on a famous 1853 trial that took place in Washington NC, "Time Trial" asks questions that still resonate today.  Can a rich and powerful man get away with murder?    Two men can connect him to the crime, one a relative and the other a slave; but one keeps changing his story and the other is not allowed to testify.  With no witnesses and no forensic proof can he be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?  You’ll decide:  because in "Time Trial" the audience is the jury.  "Time Trial" is an original play by writer/director Peter Thomson.
