Meet the Candidates Event
The Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with The Daily Advance for a Meet the Candidates Event on October 16. From 5:00-6:00 pm, the League of Women Voters is hosting a meet and greet reception at the Pasquotank County Library. Following the meet and greet, a Candidate Forum will follow for candidates in contested elections in Camden and Pasquotank counties in the Pasquotank County Courthouse at 6:30 pm. Audience attendees will be given the opportunity to submit questions in writing until 8:30 p.m., and the moderator will ask a sampling of them as time allows.
