Downtown Pirate Day
Beginning at 11 am, pirates invade the streets and waterfront of downtown Elizabeth City! They'll be mingling with folks in shops and restaurants, providing fun and photo opportunities. The Motley Tones will perform at 1:30 pm at Mariners' Wharf. Pirate Specials will be available at many businesses.
