Twiford's Veteran Park\, Twiford Funeral Home\, 405 E. Church Street\, Elizabeth City.\n\n \n\nRaising of the actual Ground Zero Flag will be part of this year's wreath laying ceremony. This is the GZ Flag Team's first official ceremony in North Carolina.\n\n \n\nOUT'N THE COLD will perform patriotic songs. This is a community wide event\, and everyone is invited to attend. Complimentary Bar-b-que plates will be served following the ceremony
