DESCRIPTION:Motherhood is tough - and unfortunately doesn't come with a user manual. It's even tougher when we're doing it all alone or there's no one to share the worries\, anxieties\, thoughts\, and questions with. And sometimes\, you just feel OVER things   overwhelmed\, overworked\, overtired.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJoin us at Mama Circle - a space for you to come for friendship\, time for yourself\, and enlightenment. Each session we'll meet to share about our highs and lows\, ask questions\, share some food\, and allow ourselves the chance to have a little self-care while learning about topics that will enlighten and empower you. Every session will have a specific topic pertaining to motherhood and there will be guest speakers from time to time. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCome as you are - late\, in PJ's\, with your mom braid or bun - and reclaim some time for yourself. Let us hold baby - or you - for a spell so you can relax and recharge. Together we share\, support\, and empower each other to reclaim our voices and identities as women first\, mothers and wives second.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHeld 1st and 3rd Saturday afternoons from 11am -1 pm. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n$12 per session ($15 drop-in)\; includes light snacks\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTopics to be covered this series:\n\n\n\n- relationships\n\n\n\n- coping with stress\n\n\n\n- intuitive eating\n\n\n\n- reclaiming our identity
