We cover topics such as: \n\n- how to make your birth a positive memory\n\n- importance of nutrition throughout pregnancy\n\n- learning to listen to your body and baby\n\n- stages of labor\n\n- role of hormones in labor\n\n- comfort measures for labor\n\n- postpartum planning\n\n- newborn care\n\n\n\nThrough interactive activities and hands-on learning experiences\, you will leave feeling confident and prepared for the birth that you envision\, and educated on how to make well-informed decisions in emergency situations. \n\n\n\nCost for 6-week series is $180 per couple and includes a meal with each class.
